ASX welcomes PrimeAg Australia Limited (PAG)
21 December 2007 - Australian Securities Exchange is pleased to announce the initial listing of PrimeAg Australia Limited which will make its stockmarket debut at 12.00 pm EDST on Monday 24th December 2007.

PrimeAg Australia Limited’s business activities are investments in Australian rural properties and water entitlements.
PrimeAg Australia Limited will trade under the ticker-code PAG, and there will be 150 million shares quoted, issued at $2.00 each.
PrimeAg Australia Limited raised approximately $300 million and the Joint Lead Managers to the issue are ABN AMRO Morgans Corporate Limited, Grange Securities Limited and Southern Cross Equities Limited.
PrimeAg Australia Limited is the 169th new listing on ASX for the 2007/08 financial year, and is the 305th listing for the 2007 calendar year.
